Surrey's Family Help Hub

Have you ever wondered why your child is behaving a certain way? Is that behaviour typical? What could be causing it? Is something wrong? These are common worries for everyone looking after babies, toddlers, children and teenagers. Surrey's Family Help Hub developed by Surrey County Council with lots of help from all our partners, is a site with a difference. You can search for information you need based on your child’s age and find advice, tips and tools from a variety of trusted sources all in one place.

November Covid Update

In response to following new government guidelines to the coronavirus national lockdown, the centre will now close until further notice.

All of the Stanwell Family Centre staff are now working remotely to continue to deliver help and support to families. We will be sending important and useful information through social media and our website. Any calls to Stanwell Family Centre will be redirected to the Family Centre Manager or a named Outreach Worker. We are here to help and support you. Please call us on 01784 241407.

COVID-19 UPDATE

The Stanwell Family Centre building has been closed since 23 March 2020 due to the pandemic but staff have continued to provide support for families with children aged 0-11yrs. We are all living in difficult times and, like you, look forward to a return to ‘normal’ when possible. As of 7 September 2020 the Centre has opened for some services. We can accept visitors to the Centre through appointment only so that we can protect our staff and prevent the spread of this disease to the public. Please call 01784 241407 to access our services.

Coronavirus Update!

Dear Families

We want to let you know about the changes at the Family Centre due to the coronavirus, COVID-19. All of the Stanwell Family Centre staff are now working remotely to deliver help and support to families. Over the coming days and weeks we will be sending important and useful information through social media and our website. These updates will include information from the Government, Public Health England and the NHS about how to keep you and your family safe and well – as well as other activities, information and advice to support you and your family.
